Pilates Classes
Our classes are designated as beginner, intermediate or advanced. If you have done fewer than 10 pilates classes please stay within the beginner classes or schedule a private session with one of our instructors to bring you up to speed to advance to the next level. To advance to an intermediate level, you should be able to do inversion movements such as short spine without using momentum to execute the movement. If you feel you are ready to advance please speak with one of the instructors to be cleared to move up. As a studio we request that you follow this process to eliminate injuries. Our instructors are thoroughly trained to spot areas that need to be worked on to help you progress in your pilates journey.
